Water is an essential necessity for human survival. Throughout history mankind has utilized various sources of water such as rivers, lakes, surface wells etc. but the purest and most reliable source of water is the deep well. It is important that the drinking water be safe and potable. Water available from different sources may not always be safe or available throughout the year. The ground water from deeper wells is safe and is tapped by drilling tube wells. In order to  bring the safe water above ground for use, deep well hand  pumps are used to service the communities globally.
