The INTEC technical infrastructure is headed by Mr.Suresh Sharma,a Qualified Graduate Mechanical Engineer ,with more than 45 years industry experience, having been involved with Community Water Supply Hand Pumps in the Development of designs, Manufacture and International Marketing globally since 1977, including extensive interaction with various International Organizations connected with the Water Supply and Sanitation decade, Bureau of Indian Standards, etc.

This has included the work on development of of the India Mark II hand pumps, and all its derivatives like the Extra deep well hand pumps, Lift Pumps, VLOM pumps, the Solid link pumps, Shallow well pumps etc.

The team also has extensive experience in the development and manufacture of other Engineering products like the Cold Chain Equipment, Mountain Bicycle components, Home Appliances and diverse Engineering products.
